The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the train station, town centre, and good food outlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated having ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in my room. The sitting area was cozy, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and the electric kettle was convenient for making hot drinks. The television provided entertainment, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. the room and service were exceptional.

Managment very friendly and helpful

Location, short way from all attractions. We greatly enjoyed hawks inn motel. You can also visit Gerrys that offers excellent meals. We can recommend the hotel and staff❤

Convenient Location

We had a great time staying here. It’s just a short walk to Yatra, which is a great spot for lunch. Also, the bus stop is only a 10-minute walk away, making it really easy to get around. 🚌

We stayed at this place for an event weekend and we loved it! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of restaurants and close to the train station for easy access to the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room had all the amenities we needed including a kitchen and sitting area. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the free wi-fi was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

This motel is in a great spot, close to restaurants and surrounded by everything you could need. The room was spacious, clean and came with all the facilities you could ask for. There's even a chemist just across the road. The bathroom was particularly roomy and the heating kept us warm and toasty.

Some noisy guests disrupted our sleep in the middle of the night.

The lazy boy & the shower were good. Excellent accommodation & room servicing. Helpful staff. Peaceful location. Convenient for Rimutaka Rail Trail. Spacious & clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen.

Not obvious to find.

We had a nice romantic escape. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and wine, as well as the comfortable bed. The motel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to find something to do. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.

On the downside, there were cigarette butts outside our door that we had to watch out for. Also, the room was a bit dated and could use some updating.

The motel is conveniently located, close to Upper Hutt city center and within walking distance of restaurants. It is also a short drive to the race course. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service.

The towels in the rooms had some old stains on them, which was not ideal.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious studio unit. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The motel was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. We also appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. we recommend this hotel.
